Sold a dead phone and worst service eve

I purchased 2 samsung galaxy s4'S one for me and one for my wife on the 21st of september. Nine days into the contract i noticed something was awry with my phone as it would heat up to an extent you couldnt hold it when charging. The next day it started dialling the number three on its own without anyone touching the phone. i switched it off and on and thought that solved the problem but unkown to me it dialed the number 3 in my speed dail without my knowledge using my call time allocation. it constantly lost network, would be unable to connect to the internet. Regardless, my wife sitting next to me would not have such problems. I called the help centre and the agent who sold me the phones who pretended not to know me and advised me to drive 50 kms to midrand for faster service which i did. got the phone back 3 days later and nothing had changed, they had just swapped batteries. I took the phone to the shop, showed them how it called on its own, lost network, had to be restarted to work, how it would unlock itself when placed alongside my other nokia phone and video evidence. they promised to call and get a new unit for me and never did till now and vodacom still debited me.
