These most annoying call center agents refuse to cancel my contract upgrade order. I have called them on numerous occasion, with no luck. First call was made in June 2012... to date the upgrade order is still on Vodacoms database. Because of this I am unable to upgrade contract for a year now, only way of upgrading is if i upgrade with them. Which i refuse to. Just appalling service overall.
