Hi, Mr J.J Botha received a call at exactly 16:20, he was unfortunately busy driving therefore could not take the call. We requested the caller to call back in 20 minutes as that would be the arrival time to get home. Up untill now no one has called back and it is now 17:30. The agent called from number 0116719500 and did not leave her name but advised that the call was in connection with a standardbank card (which Mr Botha has applied and paid for). Mr Botha took the initiative to call the same number but to no avail as the number kept on ringing. He then called 0116719600, and by luck got through to an agent and advised his situation. She then advised that the agent reponsible for dealing with his query (and only she deals with this) she blantly said to phone the reception and did not even give Mr Botha chance to object to this and at that she transferred him to reception. The operating voice prompt advised to dail for operator assistance, which he inserted but then the same voice promt would then be repeated. Mr Botha not only waisted his airtime on a call which was supposed to be returned as promised, but he's time as welas he is a business man. This has to be dealt with
