Dont expect service because you dont get it

I went in to the Tableview to upgrade in January. i wanted and iPhone but was advised to stick to BlackBerry. The salesperson said the BB Bold 9900 was the best phone so i went with his recommendation. I asked if this was a straight forward upgrade he said yes, I asked if there were extra costs he said no. This week my service gets suspended because the account is in arrears. When i query it i am told that my premium went up by more than R200 with the upgrade because i am paying for the handset. When i say i did not ask for that and i was not told there were any extra costs i was told to go back to the store because the sales person is supposed to explain everything to you before you sign anything which most definitely did not happen. I went back to the store only to be told he does not remember what he said and its not his job to tell me anything i need to read the contract. I need answers urgently before i go the legal route - Mtn how are you going to rectify this stuff up? Its a disgrace there is no service left in this country and definitely none at Mtn. I am not accepting this.
