I have an iBurst internet contract with Cell C as the network provider.
From the 2 February 2013!!! I have been calling the help desks of iBurst and Cell C repeatedly and no-one can solve my seeming simple problem "can't connect to the internet - there is even an error number for them "DNS error 105).
To an ordinary user this doesn't seem like rocket science but to these two INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS it clearly is. BASICALLY since the 2 February 2013 to minutes ago (21 February 2013 16:30), NO one has resolved this problem. An now in a few days they will no doubt be taking my monthly subscription fee!!!
I FEEL SO HELPLESS . WHAT ELSE CAN BE DONE TO ALLOW A ORDINARY PAYING USER TO JUST GET CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET SHE IS PAYING FOR?
