I could not work from home on my slow internet service that I had via land line in 2009. A representative came to see me and sold me iBurst to "solve" my internet problem. The technician who installed it knew that I only needed the service at home and suggested that I should pay extra for an antenna as it would improve reception, which I did. (It is still there)

Once installed, I had coverage, but the 50 Meg suggested by the rep only lasted 20 minutes while all my software downloaded. The next time I tried to get on the internet the communication was as slow as the land line I had. I contacted them and they told me that my area had no reception. THey told me about their web site of which I did not know before. There was a map that showed I could not expect any reception in my area.

I thought this was and stopped paying for the service. After numerous communications, iBurst is now demanding payment through Shapiro Shaik Defries and Associates.

Beware of iBurts! They will sell you things that you can not use without any remorse.
