About 3 weeks ago Iburst were doing maintenance down in P.E. Internet connection was virtually non existant for about 3 weeks.
Yesterday until past midnight, Internet services were totally down and the excuse was that one of their data centres was down. Almost 12 hours without service? That's disgusting.
And yet Iburst will collect our monies monthly and not make good on bad service!!!
Internet connections speeds are today running at between 40% and 70 % and the download speed keeps reverting to 0%.
This is pathetic.
I want to know whether i can cancel my contract as Iburst are not delivering as per contract.
I would rather source a more reliable service provider.
Honestly Iburst, your service delivery is pathetic!!!
