Terrible Internet

I have made the biggest mistake to take out a cell c 3g contract. Cell c is the worst internet provider. The internet barely works. The internet disconnects like every 5 minutes and works extremely slow. I have complained to the store where I have gotten it from and they have escalated to their head office. The response that head office had given the store was the network is congested during the day hence the problem. That does not solve my problem. I am paying for a service that I cant get proper use of. Everyone in my office and all the people that I know using cell c 3g are all having the same problem.
