My iBurst 5G Playa internet connection was apparently not fast enough to video chat, so I took iBursts advice and migrated over to Cell C 2G Advanced because I was told it would solve my problem. Well take a look at this:

NOT IMPRESSED!!!
I've been robbed of 3GB a month AND my upload speed is non existant. I still can't video chat so I am still sitting here with the same problem. I have emailed and phoned Cell C and iBurst almost every day since the 13th of June - everyone keeps on batting me off to a different department. I am DROWNING in reference numbers - don't want anymore. How the heck do you people sleep at night!? You are all a bunch of and liars - promoting products that don't work! Sis on you!
