I do pay late but please activate it when I pay

I admit that I have paid late but I have paid. I called today and was told 48hours for re-connection was held on the call for over 30 minutes and then just transferred back to the q. I spoke to a manager called Charlie that said he will help out if I emailed him the proof of payment. I did so and have had no feedback.
