I called the telkom line 10210 in March requesting to do a transfer and was told I need to go to a telkom branch and pay, which i did and call them back, now when I call back they advice me that I have to wait as the payment needs to register on their system, end of March I gave them a call again and they told me I have to wait. No feedback was given, no sms no calls from them and everytime I call I am told it is in progress. I decided to call again today and spoke to Shelly who transferred me to Nonthlantla who also transferred me to Dane who told me that a new cable has to be installed only in June, from March I have not had a telkom line which I have paid for, their customer service and is so unprofessional.
