I normaly paid my account on the 20th of each month but do to some circumstances I managed to pay my account on the 22nd. On the 23th they disconected my service and demanded that I provide a proof of payment and I did emailed them a proof of payment and they did not bother to reconnect the service. I did call the call centre to find out why they have diconected my service and they said that I have paid late therefore I must paid the rec fee which I paid via the online service. My sevices are still disconnected even today afyer some numerous lengthy calls I have made to call centre. Each day I call they take reconnection fee. All the money I have paid was transferred to reconnection fees not my account. I need them to refund all my monies in full as I dod not have any service from them since the 23rd. I personally think that the reconnection fees is there as a way of makingextra income.
