I AM DISGUSTED IN THE WAY A CLIENT IS TREATED WITH REGARDS TO FEEDBACK CONCERNING A VODACOM QUERY.THIS HAS BEEN GOING ONN FOR 2 WEEKS NOW AND NOT ONE OF VODACOM SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS HAS ATTENDED TO MY QUERY OR CALLED ME BACK..
I PAID MY SUBSCRIPTION LATE FOR JAN 2013 SIMPLY BECOZ I WAS PAID LATE MY SALARY WAS ONLY PAID TO ME ON THE 16/02/2013 FOR JANUARY I EMAILED THE SO CALLED VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT ADVISING THEM OF THIS AND HAD NO FEEDBACK. BUT STILL POSSES PROOF OF THAT MAIL.I THEN CALLED ON THE DAY I WAS PAID.I EXPLAINED MY STORY AND WAS TOLD BY THE AGENT THAT I MUST DO A MANUEL PAYMENT AND SEND THROUGH POP WITH A COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT PROVING THAT I WAS PAID LATE SO THAT THE PENALTY FEE LEVIED ON MY ACCOUNT OF R100 WOULD BE REVERSED.I DID SO I EVEN SENT MY INITIAL EMAIL TO VODACOM ASWELL.TODAY I GET AN SMS FROM SAMANTHA SOMAYA WEE STATING YOU CAN NOT REVERSE THE PENALTY FEE OF R100I WOULD LIKE SAMANTHA SOMAYA DE WEE TO INFORM ME WHY I WAS TOLD BY THE VODACOM CONSULTANT TO WASTE MY TIME SENDING THIS INFORMATION IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY INTENTION OF REVERSING THE FEE. do they not Value their clients or assist them??
