Good Aftrenoon.

I have a contract with Vodacom. I got my blackberry last year, but a month was enough for this phone to switch off and I took it to a vodacom outlet at Gandhi Square. I had to wait for it and it was two months again after being sent for repairs it was back to vodacom for Repairs again for the second time now.

My problem now is that all the time its been for repairs it came back formatted and had to resave everything that was formetted. now recently before the December holidays it went for repairs again and I got it back on the 20th of December. When I was saving what I had lost again I got an sms stating the I don't have enough space. I then realise that there was no memory card on it. I then went to Vodacom at Gandhi to inform them and they told me I should have checked the memory card before they rapped the phone.
However they will enquire and come back to me and they never did.

I am just expressing my emotions about the unsatifactory service from Vodacom which I think if it wasn't because of this contract that I am now stuck with, I would consider never using this network and let alone taking a cellphone contract with them.
