Two months ago i had a problem and i have asked them to take me off there data base and did not happened. When i load airtime on my phone to load my BIS on my blackberry everything goes fine, but when the transfer the airtime of R115 and my BIS goes off on that airtime they always block my BIS. Every time when i phone them they tell me they need to send through my query to there technician department and it will take 48hours for them to re-instate my service. I phonedthem this morning again and now its going to take another 48hours. i have also asked the gentleman that helped me to deactived my account with them because i will be having the same problem every month.
