I called and have been into cell C .. My contract has gone from R89 to R130, I asked to cancel my contract. This is not possible without an Identity document, they told me they don't accept driver license. It is beyond a joke that I am paying for something I don't use. I have even written on facebook and still no luck. I want my contract cancelled and refunded from expiry.
The sim has not been used at all. So for almost a year I have paid and will have to continue paying until I get a new identity book. This is nonsense.
