My name is bongani cell
I was called by a guy by the name of VIWE COKOTO to do an upgrade on 083 3850 289 and I was supposed to get a new nokia asha 311 but the guy never told me about the upgrade fee I only found that on my statement, I called mtn to ask him why he never told me about this and he said he must have forgotten which happens to every one of us, however I asked him to cancel the contract because I was not prepared to pay for an upgrade fee which I was never told about. He said that he was going to cancel it but till today am still paying for the phone I never received.

I called mtn today and spoke to a lady that told me that I was no longer paying for the phone but I was only paying for airtime and that is exactly what I don't understand because according to my understanding the contract was cancelled, so how do I continue paying for it if it was cancelled.
