Identity, illegitimate use of people's ID nu

I went to Cell C (Randburg square) to apply for a data bundle contract, when taking my details Cell C found that there is someone using my Identity Number illegitimately the person using my ID number illegitimately is a Cell C customer.

When asking the Cell C people to clear my name and Identity number from the person who is illegitimately using my ID. i was told: " THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLEAR YOUR NAME AND YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING THE DATA BUNDLE CONTRACT FROM US".

Please help me clear my ID and name from this person and Cell C.
