I had subscribed to Afrihost after a friend Reffered me to them. Only After I subscibed did all the trouble begin. I struggled to get a ADSL Line and therefore wanted to cancel my subscription. I HAVE NEVER USED THE INTERNET with Afrihost but they charged me almost R600 last month. Every time I have tried to cancel my account online it says nothing and then logs me out. Once I had seen that it wasnt cancelling I emailed Afrihost support and I got an email saying that I can only confirm my cancelation online. So i tried again - ITS STILL NOT WORKING AND AFTER MY 4TH AUTOMATED EMAIL TO CANCEL ONLINE IM AM COMPLETELY FED UP!! Its still not cancelled. I then get an sms to rate their service, i get a responce to say why and i explain and then i get nothing. this is unacceptable, i am in the customer srvice bussiness and i will neevr reccomed this caompany
