Following on from my last report (to which I received no reply) we were forced to cancel our service with Afrihost after entering our 3rd week without internet.
The disruption to our service occurred immediately after upgrading to a 4 mbps line.
I paid Afrihost R 497 -00 at the beginning of January for my normal subscription and then another R 92-00 followed by another R 61 -00 for upgrade costs.
My internet has been down for the most of January and so I cancelled the service last Thursday.
I have just received another invoice from Afrihost for February subscription.
Is this a joke?
