I applied for a new contract for the IPhone 5 exactly 1 month ago at Cell C branch in Walmer Park, Port Elizabeth.
I took in all the necessary documents (bank statements, ID etc) and filled out a form for a new contract.

I expected a wait but was assured by the staff that it wouldn't be more than about 2 weeks.

I am now extremely frustrated. I have gone into the store twice to find out when stock can be expected. The last time I went into the store I asked to please see my documents and the staff member I dealt with couldn't even find them.

When I called today I spoke to a staff member who was simply rude and stated that there is no stock and he could not help me.

My current contract with MTN expired in August 2012 and I am struggling with an old phone.
I have chosen to open a new contract with Cell C but am now wondering whether this is a bad idea.
I am currently using cell c data on my ipad and find it has the best coverage at my workplace and at my family's farm (only network which gets 3G coverage).

If Cell C cannot give me a response or some time frame I will simply have to cancel my order and new contract with the and use another service provider.
