i have signed up for a contract via Nashua Mobile for a Mini iPad on Cell C. i asked up front about the coverage and i was assured there was great coverage. this is not the case. i have made numerous complaints with no response. fact is, i can NEVER browse anything on my iPad during the evenings in Wierda Park, Centurion. there is NO coverage. Cell C should not be giving contracts in areas where they should be aware that there is not enough bandwidth.
in my opinion this is a BREACH OF CONTRACT as i am now paying over R400 per month and i have 2Gig that i CANNOT USE!
if i don't pay their account, they will hand me over to a credit bureau.
if they don't give me coverage, WHAT CAN I DO...? nothing. just keep paying for NO SERVICE! or i will have to buy a booster at MY OWN COST.
STILL NO RESPONSE... I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED OR PORTED TO VODACOM WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!
