AIRTIME INCOMPETENT STAFF

AT 09h00 this morning I telephoned Vodacom to initiate a SIM swap for me as I had purchased a new phone to replace my phone that had been from me less than an hour previously. The lady informed me that my balance was R127.00 and that I should leave the new phone switched off until 12.00. At that time my Sim swap should be complete. However the SIM swap has still not occurred and checking on the Vodacom website My airtime balance is now only R2.57.They tell me that calls were made from my phone at 13:30. It NOT their fault. What a bunch of that I have spoken to today.
