I truly understand that every company has rules and they are all for good reasons, but the service from Vodacom for sim swap is ridiculous.
I lost my phone on the 8th of January 2014 and I do not remember the last thing I did with that phone earlier on that day before I realised that it had been lost and yet am expected to know how many numbers I dialled, bundles I have bought, what my airtime balance was and a whole lot more that I honestly do not have specific details, since the agents need me to be specific. For the fact that am unable to give answers am told am lying because I failed to answer correctly.
Now Vodacom, you without looking or checking your phone tell me the 5 numbers you dialled in the last 3 months... precisely-who keeps records?
Am not happy at all because my phone still rings to another number because I had diverted it there since 2011, but that answer is invalid because it's not in your questionnaire, so it helps me not!!! 1

And just so you may know MTN SIM SWAP is much easier, you should please take notes!
