Data package sold under false pretense

I was called by a vodacom consultant who had looked at my phone bill and was concerned that i was spending too much on my data bundle. She suggested I purchase a 1GB package as I was currently using more than my 500MB. I got a wifi device which she told me i could use with all devices. i assumed the data was automatically connected to my phone bill. She then promptly cancelled my 500mb package. My phone bill for data in November when she called me was R116 in my last bill this has increased to R887 for data plus the silly package she sold me for R119 which was supposed to save me money. I called to complain last week, was told that she sold me this incorrectly and you can't use this mifi device with your phone but with your computer. I already have a 3G data card, so don't need any data for my laptop. My complaint number is S3-SH13U-U0Xs7 I was told i would be called back within a day this was last Wednesday the 13th of February. I was given this reference and a number to call. I have been on hold for 17minutes now trying to call you-listening to ridiculously cheesy music including two renditions of gangam style-. Why do I have to resort to Hello peter to resolve this again?
