Complete lack of service

Purchased new cellphone on 3 Dec. pav branch did not do sim swap. After 48hrs contacted Vodacom directly and they in error did sim swap on incorrect number. ewnt back to Pav Vodacom 4U for assistance. After numerous emails back to vodacom i purchased a purchased a new sim and reequested another sim swap. This was done after 24 hrs only to discover the phone was faulty and was an out of box failure. Sim was activated on the 8th day but Pav branch knew that the phone had not been able to be used at all up to this point. After going back twice to the Pav on the 18 Dec Natasha said it would be an OBF and would take 3 - 5 working days. ie latest 27 Dec. Went back to the Pav on 30 Dec and after waiting 20mins was promised that she would phone me back. Have not heard at all from them. Sent somebody else to Pav in the afternoon to check for me, she got no service at all. walked out, went back later and still they did not acknowledge her presence.
