I have upgraded 3 months ago (December 2012), to a new phone and new contract.
And I'm paying for the Top Up 200, with the Samsung Galaxy, which includes 150MB data.
Although I've asked and phoned several times about my data not being sent to my phone, the answer is always something different. And they tell me I have to wait 24-72 hours. After 3 days still nothing. It's been 3 months now and I've still not received any data.
This is terrible service! I am paying for something I don't even get!
And do they care? No! Because it's still not fixed.
