I upgraded my contract from a Galaxy tab to a Galaxy s4, once the sim swap was completed 2 days later they say I used R3000 worth of data from 12 o clock yesterday afternoon to 7 o clock last night. IMPOSSIBLE, firstly I am very careful as I have used lots of data before so the first thing I did was set my data warning at 185mb and data limit at 200mb which my contract gives me. secondly I had my data off as I was on wifi at work and I have screenshots to prove this. Thirdly my data usage graph on my phone says that I used absolutely zero data from the 1st to the 31st of July, of which I also have screenshots!!! But now no one can tell me what this data was used on or where the data was used geographically speaking. I am horrified and hope that somehow they will see that it was not me that I used this data.
