I have had a telephone line installed at my residence and since day one it has not worked properly despite numerous calls to Telkom. I keep calling to speak to a manager but they simply keep me on hold for 30 minutes. I asked when will the technician come and sort this out and they tell me he does not have time to. This is unacceptable and I demand something be done before I pay you and I write to the newspapers about this. I cannot use my MWEB internet due to this yet I am liable to still pay Mweb!!!
