In November 2012 I took out a contract from GAME Bayside, very excited about my new Samsung TAB. I signed a contract stating I will get 2gig day data and 2gig night data, which states so on my contract.
When phoning customer care at vodacom (due to the fact that my internet was cut off) they inform me that I only get 2gigs per month which I have exceeded, because there is no night data linked to my contract. I brought this to GAME's attention. which took them 4 days to correct before I could use my internet again, and no explanation as to what happens with regard to the fact that I was paying for 2gigs during night time, but never received this.
I have been given the run around from the cellphone department and no one has gotten back to me because I feel I need to be reinbursed for the fact that for 3 months I was paying for something I never received!!
Not impressed with this.
