Why do i have to wait 14 working day for money that needs to be repaid to me... the debit order was cleared, and my money are currently in your account. you did'nt wait 14 days for my debitorder to be requested. spoken to patience at the call centre who ensured me i only wait 24 hours. just spoke to Mpho now who told me is actually 14 days... why is one agents saying one thing and the other one sumthing else. PLEASE DONT TAKE A CELLPHONE CONTRACT WITH THIS SUPPLIER... ENDLESS PROBLEMS.
