Knew what he was doing

Since Tuesday i struggled to connect to the internet i thereby called telkom mobile call centre and the agent logged me a incident after i got the settings sent to me again, the query was sent to the technical department. I called on wednesday 13/11/2013 to query on this problem i was told it was closed. The issue was opened again and i was told again to wait plus minus 72 hours. Thursday came called again and by then i had no patience because i was informed the same thing and it seemed there agents had no clue whatsoever on this matter i spoke to 3 different agents and non the wiser.

I then called 15/11/2013 and a agent dropped the call on me, i called back and spoke to a agent by the name of Walter, i explained my problem now for the 10th time and he actually took the time to help me instead of having the i dont know answer like the rest of the agaents i spoke to previously. Within 10 minutes of assiting me and troubleshooting my phone my internet worked, so i just want to thank him for his excellent work and customer skills.
