UNABLE TO HONOR THEIR WORD!!

I HAVE REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY INVESTMENT WITH OLD MUTUAL ON THE 23RD DECEMBER 2013, I WAS TOLD IN 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS I WILL GET THE FUNDS INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
ON THE 28TH DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS TOLD BY THE CALL CENTRE AGENT THAT I WILL GET IT BACK WITH THE SURRENDER VALUE. I ASKED THE AGENT WHEN AM I GETTING MY MONEY AND SHE TOLD ME AT LEAST ON TUESDAY THE 31ST. I CALLED AGAIN ON THE 2ND AND NOW THEY CHANGED FROM 3 - 5 WORKING DAYS TO 7 WORKING DAYS??? I MEAN WHAT??

I NEED THE MONEY TO BE DEPOSITED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT ASAP. I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE 6TH OF JANUARY AS NEED IT URGENTLY. YOUR URGENT ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!!
