Double debit order from my account

I must wait 7 days for my money because these guys can't do there job properly.i went to altech autopage in northgate on the 22/06/2013 to change my banking details and my debit order was mean't to go off on the 1/07/2013 thats what lindo said... however it never did i called altech and spoke to pertunia and she schdule a debit order for the 11/07/2013with pertunia which went off R250.--then thet took another R250.-- on the 15/07/2013 how come??? i called and spoke to pertunia she said they can't refund me then i told her i want my money back she was rude and told me it will take 7 working days.she tranferred me to siyabonga and he was rude when i asked him to explain my current bill.please review my convo with them as it is recorded.i want this contract cancelled and i want my money back now!!!
