Cheque clearence

I got a cheque deposit on the 17/07/13 then I went to a branch in Evaton and I was advised that if I wanted an express clearance I was supposed to tell the bank before the deposit was done and I was told that it will take 7 days for the cheque to be cleared today I call the call centre and I was now advised that it will take 14 working days for the cheque to be cleared. I have been a loyal customer to you for over five years now and 14 days working days is not acceptable at all. Can I please have my money because I have researched and since your agents claim that your clearance is done by other banks all the banks have a 3 to 7 days. Please help me because I will not wait for 14 days.
