I was informed that my phone would be delivered last week, now I heard that it could take an additional three weeks. I find that utterly unacceptable. I'm sitting without a cellphone and have been for a while now. If my phone does not arrive this week or early next week I am going to have to go with a more reliable service provider. I'd rather not have to do that. I will even collect the phone myself so I don't have to keep on waiting. Please contact me so we can discuss this issue.
