I booked my cellphone into the Sasolburg Vodacom store in early May for a software problem, as it was still under warranty, however the store was robbed and my cellphone along with others were. When I went in every week after the incident I was informed that they were still waiting for the insurance to sort out their claims. And so nearly 3 months have passed and when I went in during this week AGAIN to find out what was going on, I was informed to contact Vodacom directly, which I did, and now I was informed to lay a case against the branch, Really??? I dont have the time for lengthy court cases I just want my phone replaced!!! Someone has to start giving me answers from Vodacom or the store as I cannot keep being sent on this runaround from one person to the other, can someone at Head Office please sort this mess out???!!!
