Was just phone by Ntombi Kumalo demanding that I pay my cell c account that I haven't receive any invoice off. a month ago I lodged a complaint about being billed even when the phones was in for repairs for more then 3 months, and it is blackberry's so the sim cards is useless without the phones. So as I did not pay my account my airtime and bis was blocked by the first month now I must pay for that months that my phones was in and my sim cards was blocked, how can you demand payment for services not rendered, this is the umpteenth time I complain about Cell C and getting threatened to hand over my account to the collections department by a consultant with a bad attitude. I find this very unprofessional and bad services, I never dealt with a call centre that the consultant is so unprofessional.
