I sent though my request to collect my phone to 24hr Mobility, and it took them 2 days days to come and get the phone even after they promised that I will be getting the phone withing 3 hrs and for the fact that they could not get my proof of payment sent to them a week ago.
My phone was with them for a week without them telling the progress and when I got through to them they said they had no parts, and when they eventually got the parts I am still waiting to receive my phone.
When ever I call them I am told that my phone will be delivered to be on that day. It's been three weeks that I have been waiting for my phone to be delivered and when I ask for the tracking number to follow up with the delivery they have no idea what I am talking about.
I am very disappointed in the service and once I get my phone I am cancelling this insurance with them.
