CELL C AGAIN

I was never advised that I cannot use both my sim cards in the handset at the time I signed the contract with Cell C, in fact I told the Cell C assistant that I would be using a diiferent sim card in the handset and he told me that it would not be a problem. Obviously the gentleman was more interested in making a sale than explaining the finer print/detail to his customers, perhaps that is why he is no longer working within store. I've never seen a manager at the Clearwater branch, just a few over worked staff who have to deal with queues of customers, rushed client service? are customers in fact been given the best service? I think not if something as important as this could have been overlooked. Does Cell C honestly expect me to continue paying for a contract and they are unable to replace a handset? What would I be paying for since the contract I have is so bad that I was forced to use a different one.

And if you say??? if one removes the original SIM Card (number) from the handset, it serves as grounds that the contract has been 'broken' .???
Then why has Cell C been accepting my R500 every month? Does this mean I am no longer liable for my contract?
