They always take money out of my account even I cancelled

I cancelled the transaction, but they still took my money.

I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I made the decision to cancel the transaction, but despite that, they went ahead and took my money anyway. It's incredibly unfair and unethical. I demand an immediate refund of the amount they wrongfully withdrew from my account. This experience has left me feeling cheated and deceived. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and that I can trust this company again in the future.
