Upgrade and migration head aches

I went to get ownership of my contract moved from my fathers name to my name. Before I did this I checked on the vodacom website for the document requirements of doing this. I also called in to the Vodacom call centre to check the requirements of doing the transfer of ownership and I was informed my father would need to be present. The webpage is on the following URL : [URL Removed] The consultant and the Vodacom shop refused to accept the documents (The employment certificate opposed to the 3 months bank statement) and was generally rude. This resulted in my time and my fathers time being wasted. I have just graduated from university and begun working. My contract has also expired and is up for renewal. I felt inclined to remain a loyal Vodacom customer but if this is the level of service I will receive I will look elsewhere.
