I have recently upgraded my vodacom contract for the third time. Now my statement shows a migration fee of R721.28 this was not mentioned to me when I was upgrading the contract and I will refuse to pay this amount. I have contacted the call centre and the did not help on bit. This is not acceptable. If this amount has to be payed in for any reason then I will not accept the upgrade and will kindly return the device will no longer deal with vodacom.
