Contracted for 2 years with the phone idont want

Hi There,

Yesterday i got my upgrade at the mtn store in Germiston. I wanted a blackberry slim bold, then they didnt have the phone. they showed me phones that they have, then i took Samsung galaxy s111 mini. This phone is impossible to use, i called the 808 number for every little thing. it fristrates its not even funny. My last call to themwas that, i dont want this phone anymore so is it possible to change, and they advised me that yes as long is its within seven days. tis morning i went to the store, they refused to change the phone for me or to take it back. i asked to use their land line to call Mtn head office, they refused to let me use their land line. i then used this phone that i returned to call 808, the guy who assisted me told me that they cant change the phone for me because i inserted sim card in the phone. how was i supposed to know that the phone is working without inserting the sim card, how was i supposed to get hold of customer services if i dont use the phone since they didnt want me to use the store land line. I always hear about Mtn bad service, now i know because im experiencing it. I cant pay for two years for a phone that i cant use.
