I've recently contracted a Samsung S4 at Mtn Menlyn G5. I was assisted by Comford. When he called to collect I was never advised about migration. I ended up taking a new sim card & on my arrival in the office I found out about migration than to have to start afresh. I called the Customer service line they told me it was possible to do that since the phone doesnt even have 7days and I have not even been billed yet. Ref for that call is:101634833. I went back to the store with everything I got incl the phone & gave them the ref no I got they also called & they gave me this ref 101642618, I was assisted by a lady called Bianca. She told me the migration will be done & shouldnt be more than 3hrs. This morning when I do a follow up it was not done & comford actually had the nerve to call me and ask me why didnt I tell him from the word go & when I asked why didnt he advise me? he said its fine & dropped the phone on me. His attitude leaves me wondering if this will be done or not? If I can not be assisted with migration I want to return the phone & cancel the contract. This new number is not known by anyone but the has been called twice already by ppl I dont even know. I refuse to use it
