Impossible to get invoice accounts

Hello

I was not sent my accounts for November and December 2012, and I need these to reclaim funds from my employer.
After phoning the call centre several times with no success I have nowhere else to turn, especially since all the branches I have visited informed me that they cannot assit with accounts.

Please help me out and send these missing documents to me ASAP.
