This is the most unprofessional, unhelpful, time consuming customer service I have ever received. At first I was NOT informed by ABSA to go and Fica, then they just out of the blue freeze all my accounts, I have since then visited the bank, with ALL the required documents 3 times, never could an actual problem at hand be given to me, they just keep on freezing my accounts without ANY warning or correspondence!!!
I have had enough, how many times do I have to go to the bank to stop them from randomly freezing my accounts, I am fed up, I will definitely be closing ALL my accounts asap!!!
Very disappointed client!!!
