Hi, Can you please explain why again I have to request my Invoices via Facebook for the 3rd time. I have not once since I've been with CellC received an invoice before my account was debited. I have tried via the "My Accounts" section on your website, but April's invoice is the latest.
Can you please make sure that the invoice is emailed to me asap when it goes out. If this cannot be done, I will cancel all debits from CellC and only do manual payments only when I receive an invoice.
