My contract started mid December 2012; I received my first invoice beginning January 2013 - went to the front office at Somerset West to report that I received the invoice but is unable to open it. Error message: the pdf file is corrupted; or not decoded properly. I was informed it will be sorted out with the relevant section. Come February - same story. Called in to the 8ta call centre at 08:12 on 04/02/2013; spoke to Denzel (sounds quite sleepy); was informed that he cannot find my details on your system. He put me through to another section, hold on until 08:19 when I was cut off.
Please send me another invoice; correctly decoded; as soon as possible.
Apologies for referting to hellopeter, but your call centre is certainly not up to the task to assist and deal with your clients.
