I have opened accounts for my 2 under age kids at Nedbank. I handed in all the required documents, after a few weeks Nedbank froze the accounts because according to them the documents was not correct. I took all the documents in again and got told that the accounts will be unfrozen the next day, 2 working days later I got a call that I need to fill some more forms. As we where I away and I did not have access to email the branch manager told me he will sort it out. A week later after complaining on their website I got a call again and needed to fill in the forms again. After 2 days nothing has happened about the accounts. It is now more than 2 months that I am trying to unfreeze these accounts!
